Thank you for shopping with EA-PeptiCore. We are committed to providing high-quality research tools and lab consumables. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used consumables (pen tips, reagents, or single-use items)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Initiate a Return Email support@ea-pepticore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Bulk & Lab Orders For institutional or bulk orders, contact us directly to discuss return arrangements. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for standard returns.
