1. General These Terms apply to all customers, including individual researchers and institutional buyers. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchases.

2. Products All products are intended for research and laboratory use only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is due in full at checkout via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other available methods.

4. Orders & Cancellations Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact support@ea-pepticore.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates. EA-PeptiCore is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are subject to our Refund Policy. Opened consumables and single-use items are not eligible for return.

7. Limitation of Liability EA-PeptiCore's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intended Use Products are for research and laboratory use only — not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property All site content is the property of EA-PeptiCore and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
